Ezell Design & Build Company (EDB) was founded on November 19, 2003 and incorporated on February 11, 2007 in the State of California. EDB is  a California State Licensed B-General Building Contractor CSL #944210.  

EDB strives to provide quality service and excellent customer care.  Our staff has over 28 years of construction experience and has completed a wide/diverse variety of projects.  Our Project Superintendents are 30 hour OSHA Safety Certified and our field personnel are 10 hour OSHA Safety Certified.   We are experienced in working in high security government facilities that include research laboratories, pharmacies and Federal Court Buildings.  Our staff is trained to adhere to each client’s unique operational procedures and guidelines. EDB staff can work cooperatively on sites that will continue to be utilized and occupied by client staff and/or patients.  We work hard to ensure that our client’s construction needs are met in a timely manner and within their prescribed budget.  Continued and full communication with our client throughout construction is a key commitment of EDB.  We are also fully committed to ensure that our client is satisfied with our completed work.
